During the reconstruction, the façade has been completely renovated and improved with new, light colors and modern lighting, while the foundations have been strengthened and the roofs have been replaced in accordance with the highest modern requirements, as well as all communications (including sewerage, water supply and heating, electrical and other engineering networks) and load-bearing mezzanine floors.
The complex has 56 apartments, 6 of which are unique duplex attic apartments with panoramic city views. The apartments are offered with full interior decoration, using high-quality materials from German and Finnish manufacturers.
The apartments are designed so that they currently serve as a convenient and comfortable place to live for new owners and, if necessary, in the future, the owners could, for example, rent out their property in the center of Riga for a stable long-term income.
The apartments are insulated, with parquet floor from oak or ash, replaced wooden windows and installed ventilation system, IDEAL plumbing and lighting fixtures from leading German companies. The houses are also equipped with fireproof entrance doors, high-speed optical internet and TV, intercom, as well as maximum possible sound insulation. The buildings have city central heating with thermoregulation and an individual meter for each apartment, and stairwells are equipped with Schindler elevators.
Another significant advantage of the project is the large yard with 50 parking lots, which is located in a private area behind closed and automated gates, which are monitored by more than 15 security cameras.
The building complex is located on a quiet street only a 5-minute walk from the shopping center Origo, a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the surrounding parks.
