I am a new expat in Riga and I was looking for for a long term rent of a house for me and my family. I get in touch with Olga, because she was responsible for some houses, that were attractive for me.
I appreciated Olga's active attitude. She knew a lot about the house in her portfolio and also about the owners. My feeling was, she was sometimes almost part of the owner's family. By this attitude, I felt very comfortable visiting the houses with her. All info and the service provided was on a very high level and by far the best if I can compare to other external real estate agents. She was also very cooperative with our internal real estate agent, who was helping me to find a good location. Paldies Olga, great job done!
