The best realtor in Riga is Kristīna Točonova. Without a doubt. If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond, stay up late, wake up early, do all of the hard work to get you into the home you dream of, there is no one else I would recommend more than her. If you’re looking for a place, don’t hesitate to work with her. My greatest recommendation.

I had a great experience working with Kristina. My rental process was far from simple and took almost a month to finalize, with numerous discussions, contract revisions, and details that had to be worked out between both parties. Throughout the entire process, Kristina was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to keep everything moving. She worked tirelessly to address concerns from both sides, make the necessary corrections to the contract, and find reasonable compromises whenever there was disagreement. What I appreciated most was her persistence and commitment to actually getting the deal done. Even when the process became complicated, she remained available, professional, and focused on finding solutions. Without her involvement, I genuinely do not think I would have been able to secure the apartment I wanted. I highly appreciate everything Kristina did to make this happen and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent.

I want to thank Inna Kolupajeva!Prompt and fully understanding of our needs, after only a brief discussion with us. She quickly compiled a large list of what appeared to be perfect selections. We had our new place in only a couple of days. Easy, efficient and simple. She was extremely supportive and helpful every step of the way.

Thanks to Kristina for all the efforts, help and kindness.
