Starting grad school in a new country is nerve-racking enough, but as parents sitting 9,400 km away, it was a nail-biter to set him up for success. Enter Inna - the calm, kind, and amazing force of nature who made everything go smoothly. From airport pickup (yes, really!) to making sure he had his very first apartment supplies, she went so far above and beyond that we wondered if she secretly has a degree in parenting nervous students. She was thoughtful, patient, and full of solutions before we even knew we had problems. Thanks to Inna, what could have been a stressful transition turned into a seamless, even joyful experience.
