Reputation in the market and completed transactions are the best advertising - so we decided to open a section and show some of the objects that were available for sale and which Mercury Group has successfully sold.

Selling hotels and households is one of our main directions, so let's start with hotels! So,

1. The hotel in the center of Riga on Lachplesha street was acquired by a family from Russia as an investment. The hotel continues to work successfully.

2. Two hotels in the center of Riga on Chaka Street and Pernavas Street were purchased by our investors from Scandinavia (Norway). The hotels were reconstructed into rental houses, small apartments for long-term rent, as well as commercial premises on the ground floors.

3. The hotel in the center of Riga on Krisjana Valdemara Street was acquired by a family from Russia and within three years successfully reinvested it by reselling the hotel.
