Houses B and C were commissioned at the end of August 2020, it took exactly six months for the Mercury Group managers to complete the sales. Mercury Group is the exclusive seller and marketing department for Iris Shampeteris Apartments. The most popular among buyers were apartments with 2 bedrooms, however, all apartments with one and three bedrooms also found their new owners. For the most expensive apartments, clients, excluding the parking cost of 8,000 euros, paid almost 170,000 euros each. And the average purchase check-in Iris Shampeteris Apartments exceeded 105,000 euros. Over 99% of transactions were carried out with the attraction of mortgage lending for their own residence.

 

Iris Shampeteris Apartments is located on the border of Shampeteris and Zolitude areas in a private and green location and is a complex of low-rise buildings with a closed and landscaped area.

Now we are working on a technical project for the next houses - planning is being seriously worked out, taking into account market trends. Construction is expected to start in early fall 2021. In its fully completed form, Iris Shampeteris Apartments will have around 230 apartments.
