Prices for new housing rose by 4.5% over the year, and in the secondary market - by 21%

According to the agency, in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, housing prices increased by 2.4%. Compared to the previous quarter, prices for new housing decreased by 1.5%, while secondary housing prices rose by 3.4%.
It is noted that compared to 2015, housing prices in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 75.9%. Of these, prices for new buildings rose by 48.9%, and for secondary housing - by 83.8%.
