Client Objective: to secure a contemporary commercial space in central Riga that would optimise operating costs while supporting the continued growth and elevated positioning of an established beauty salon.
The Property: a distinguished 215 m² ground-floor space at Citadeles iela 6, offering floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, a flexible open-plan layout, underground parking and a strategic location within minutes of Riga Old Town.
