The building is located in the center of Riga, with various restaurants, cafes, and several grocery stores nearby.
Riga's central parks and the Old Town are just a 10 minutes by car or public transport.
There is convenient public transport, with several stops located close to the building.

The building was constructed in 1897 as a multi-apartment residential house.
It contains a total of 18 apartments, each with an area of approximately 30 m².
The building has several entrances — from the courtyard side and from the side of the house.
The apartments are spread over two floors: there are 9 apartments on the first floor and 9 on the second floor.

The building has its own heating room, equipped with a boiler that provides heating for all apartments.
Renovation and finishing works have been carried out in all apartments, and the premises are in good technical condition.
Each apartment has its own bathroom, some apartments are equipped with mini kitchen.

The total area of the building is 458.8 m², including a usable area of 377.3 m² and shared/common areas of 81.5 m²
(according to the data of the Latvian State Land Service's Cadastre Register).
The total apartment area is 377.3 m².

The territory is well-maintained — it is fenced on the courtyard side, while the street side is open.
The undeveloped part of the land features a lawn, trees, and ornamental plants.

All apartments are rented out short-term and generate stable high income.

The building was built in 1898 according to the project of architect Konstantin Peksen, an architect who designed more than 250 buildings in Riga. This house is a real architectural monument that survived two world wars and was restored in 2020. Today, the Grīziņkalns district is part of the protected area of the historical center of Riga. In the interior of the building, the original wooden structures have been successfully preserved, so that guests have the opportunity to see and touch the authentic history.
Near the house have grocery stores, cafes and public transport stops.
