On the first floor - Guest room and Villa Bar in modern design style, kitchen with refrigerators, stove and sinks, with all the necessary equipment so you can prepare your own meal, utility room where you can use dryer and washing machine, iron. The large windows of the kitchen can be opened and go out to the garden.
The lobby of the villa and the wall up to the third floor and the glass roof are decorated with the Latvian artist "Jūrmalas vilnis" art panel.
On the second floor – There are five separate bedrooms with king-size double beds and the best mattresses, blankets and pillows. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, bathroom with bathrobes, slippers, all cosmetic accessories, hair dryer, great L'Occitane cosmetics and other useful things, air conditioner, coffee machine.
Room cleaning is included in the price.
Each room has its own unique design. Paintings, author's photo frescoes on the walls with pictures of the nature of Jūrmala in Latvia.
The villa is equipped with "Smart Home" - everything is controlled both from a simple touch panel and from switch buttons: adjustable lamps in the bathroom and rooms, relaxation music in the bathroom. On the third floor - a sunny terrace with a beautiful view of Jurmala, the best sunbeds with soft mattresses, a pool with lights, a cascade and a bar counter, under a glass dome with stars.
Rooms "Pļava" and "Upe" cost 185 euros per night (all inclusive), with an area of 25 sq. m.
Rooms "Jūra", "Mežs" and "Kāpa" cost 150 euros per day (all inclusive), with an area of 18 sq. m.
