The unit is offered partly unfurnished; however, additional basic furnishings can be provided for an additional 60 € per month. The landlord can also arrange a paid parking spot nearby.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Property Tax (estimated 149€ per month including VAT) and utilities (estimated on average 140€ per month in the summer and average 440€ per month in the winter including VAT).
