Melluzi area is located approx. 30 km from the centre of Riga, Melluzi is an old fishermen’s village. In 19th century also called Karlsbad. First well-house was built in 1827. Now Melluzi is a part of Jurmala – the biggest resort of Latvia.

Developed infrastructure, near shops, 300 m to the train station Melluzi. Great transport links and close to all local amenities, marvellous pinewood. A fantastic, comfortable and convenient place to live.

The house needs renovation. The first floor is built from bricks, the 2nd floor from wood.
