First British school in Latvia: the creation of 6 million euros, the learning — 10 000 Euro.
In the creation of the first British schools in Latvia in the village Saliena will be invested 6 million euros, reported the representative of the international educational network "King's Group".
It will be one of the world's eight prestigious schools King's College, working on a system known for 45 years. The school will enroll 580 children aged 2 to 18 years. Admission to the school will begin this summer.
The school will be assimilated in the British national curriculum that will allow graduates to enter the most prestigious universities in the world, such as Oxford, Harvard, Cambridge. All subjects will be taught in English.
The school is located on the territory of 1.5 hectares in front of the ice hall Inbox. The complex will have several sports and playgrounds, at school — 32 of the Cabinet on two floors, as well as special classrooms for music, art, natural Sciences.
As representatives of "King's Group", the school fees will cost about 10 000 euros per year.
In Latvia over the years successfully operates Riga French School, which is the only school in Latvia, which is recognized by both the French Ministry of National Education and the Latvian Ministry of Education and Science, and prestigious International School of Latvia.
