The richest in décor is the hall (on the Kronvalda Park side), where the cornice profile is complemented with plaster mouldings, the themes of which are taken from rococo style – flower festoons and vases with heavy flower bouquets. There are similar elements also in the central rosette – flower wreath, volutes and palmettes. The painting is enriched by bronzed details. In the near rooms the plaster decor is more modest.
