The first floor of the apartment has a kitchen combined with the living room, and the bedroom, while the second floor has a bathroom with toilet. The design of the room uses a large-size reproduction of Botticelli's painting. Now to the new bathroom can get through a newly constructed staircase that begins in the kitchen. The staircase design includes a built-in washing machine, an oven and a refrigerator.
The apartment has wooden packet windows and an oak boarding parquet floor that will pay off in terms of both grooming simplicity and longevity. Both the kitchen bar counter and the bed in the bedroom are divided and, if necessary, arranged in other configurations. The wall decor in the living room is actually a table that can be lowered by creating a dining room where several people can eat comfortably, or picking up and, by sliding the sofas, getting the kingsize bed. Sliding sofas, lifting table, bar counter with built-in wine refrigerator, bed upholstery, curtains, sink furniture, cup holder and almost all lamps are designed and produced specifically for this project by the architecture office "Jonika".
