We found the land plot, calculated potential ROI, organized co-investing, and worked on the design, architecture, layouts, tenders, etc. We were the responsible party for marketing ( marketing materials, website from A-Z, brand book, advertising, strategy, and budget) and sales on an exclusive basis.
